Courtina's Cakery takes no shortcuts in the preparation of our delicacies.  We use no mixes or fillers, instead relying on time-proven family recipes.  All of our desserts are made from "scratch" using only the freshest, highest quality, natural ingredients.  

WhO WE ARE

Are you aware that most bakeries do not make and/or bake the products they sell?  Instead, they choose to purchase premade, frozen items or in many cases use the same type of mix sold in your local grocery store.  These mass produced desserts contain ingredients such as hydrogenated oil, modified food starch, propylene glycol and sodium stearoyl lactylate which do nothing but add shelf life to the product.  They are then decorated with a shortening based, pre-manufactured icing and relabeled in an effort to make it appear as if the dessert was created just for you! 

Courtina's Cakery is a full service, from scratch bakery specializing in custom designed cakes and desserts.  All of our products are made fresh in our kitchen using only the finest, natural ingredients.  We use real butter, fresh dairy cream and naturally pure flavorings.

Courtina's Cakery is not a discount bakery and there is no comparison between the discount bakery product and ours.  After tasting our masterpieces you will recognize Courtina's Cakery has revived the lost art of "home baking," recreating for you the memories of your grandmother's kitchen while helping to create new family memories.
